    What is the average temperature of Humans?
    According to the CDC the average temperature is 97.5 - 97.9 Degrees Fahrenheit
    Are infrared thermometers accurate?
    Yes but they do have a variance of +/- .5 Deg. F compared to oral thermometers.
    What causes temperature variations with IR thermometers?
    Each person is unique, however to ensure a consistent reading make sure the point of measurement is free of sweat, hair, glasses or any obstacle blocking the forehead.
    Is the forehead the best place to get a reading?
    Yes, however, you can also scan your wrist or neck by the jugular vein.
    What is the best placement of the IR Thermometer at your school or work place?
    Anywhere the ambient temperature is consistent. Also when you first install the SANOS product it must sit for 30 minutes in its new location before standard operation begins.
