Whether you have one trade show or twenty, our team will ensure that all your show services are ordered before the early bird discount due date, any and all engineering and floor plan drawings are submitted and approved, all required insurances have been submitted according to show management policy. We also arrange that your booth meets all fire and health codes outlined in the exhibitors rules and regulations. If that is not enough, we will schedule the complete set up and dismantle of your exhibit by managing electrical, rigging and labor teams to ensure you stay on budget and eliminate any surprises. Once the show is complete we put your exhibit on the truck and send to the next show or back to our facility where we will do a complete inventory and condition assessment report to prepare your exhibit for the next event.
