Thank you for visiting and shopping at G.A.I. Exhibits. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UPS Ground 3-5 business days

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Actual shipping costs will vary depending on item size, weight and method of delivery and will be billed separately.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

G.A.I. Exhibits ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

G.A.I. Exhibits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

G.A.I. Exhibits is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Please notify G.A.I. Exhibits immediately about any product defects or incomplete shipments. To return an item that is defective or incomplete, email us within 7 days to obtain a return authorization number for the return with a clear photo of the defective item. No returns on branded items will be approved that are not a manufacture defect, print defect, or for unbranded items that have been opened and used. No refunds or returns shall be accepted or processed after 30 days.

Please use the shipping box for all returns. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Or you may use our return label that will be provided at the time of the return authorization by means of the email you used when you placed your order.

Any refunds will be credited to the account or credit card used for the purchase within 3 days of G.A.I. Exhibits receipt of the returned merchandise.
